A beach atmoshere in the city...

Nothing is better than a "dolce farniente" when all is moving around you. This quote could sum up th event "Paris plage" which transforms Seine sides into a real seaside. During this month, a lot of Parisians and tourists who want to discover the city in a different way will gather to live the event "Paris plage".  

Summer is synonymous of sun and long days, nothing is better than enjoy summer's mildness in Paris that looks like seaside atmosphere, from 20th of July to 19th of August. At the beginning, "Paris plage" was conceived for families, after 10 years of its existence, this event became the occasion to share the city along with the rythm of summer's folklore. 

During this period, many sports and cultural activities are offered: such as french petanque field, pedal boats, beach rugby, swimming pools but also concerts, tales for children. There will be activities for everyone!

After sunset, the day is not finished! You can enjoy many concerts in front of the city hall, on the docks of the Seine.
